Intermediate Defensive Rifle with InSights Training Centner
Welcome to the Intermediate Defensive Rifle (IDR) course from InSights Training Center. The intent of this class is two-fold; first to increase the shooter's abilities at Close Quarters Marksmanship. And, second to make the shooter a total "rifleman" with the ability to shoot to the full-potential of his or her rifle.
Learning and applying single-man tactics taught in General Defensive Rifle (GDR) is a prerequisite for IDR, as shooters continue to advance their skills and begin learning live-fire room clearing drills before advancing to two-man tactics and drills as the class continues.
